LONG VOYAGE.
CRUISING LAUNCH. BETH
ADELAIDE, Dec. 16.
The cruising launch Beth arrived here after a long and adventurous voyage from Auckland, which was begun on September 17. The crew, including two New Zealanders, Messrs Cecil Bowman and Basil Stallard, make light of their experiences, but the Beth’s log reveals that the little craft received a terrific buffeting. It was impossible to go below for 84 hours at a time.
