Attention is drawn to Sunday nights service at the Opera House—Christmas carols by the Salvation Army Band and Mr Harry Dawson’s farewell address on “Great Future Events Near at Hand.” The address will bo illustrated by pictures which will be thrown on the screen. This will complete' Mr Dawson’s mission in Palmerston North, which has been attended with succcs. There will bo no charge for admission, a souvenir programme containing some cheery Christmas contributions of literary nature will bo presented to cadi person attending and a collection will bo taken up in aid of Salvation Army Christmas cheer.
