REMAND GRANTED.
Received December 17, 1.20 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 16. Tom Mann and Emfys Llewellyn (secretary of the National Unemployed Workers) were remanded at Bow Street when they were charged with disturbing the peace and inciting demonstrations.
