INVESTIGATION OF BUSINESS
METHODS. Received December 13, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 12. The Lord Chancellor has appointed a committee of 11 members, including five High Court Judges, to consider the state of business in the Supreme Court and to report as to what greater expedition in tire despatch of business or what greater economy in the administration of justice, in particular, can be effected.
