NAVAL RATINGS.
INCREASE IN PAY. Received December 9, 8.40 rf.m. CANBERRA, Dec. 9. The Minister of Defence, Sir George Pearce, has announced that the Federal Government has decided to inincrease the pay of the lower ratings in the navy by lOd per day.
