Per Press Association. HAMILTON, Dec. 8. A married woman, of Matamata, Mrs Ada Violet Sharpe, aged 56, was killed instantly when struck hv the Rotorua express as she was about to cross the line a mlie and a-half north of Matamata at midday. She stepped off the fern on the side of the line.
