The monthly meeting: of the Rongotea Women's Instil ute was held on Tuesday afternoon in the Town Hall. 'I hero «u a splendid attendance, over 60 members being present. Mrs A. N. The competition for tin, best article of clothing for a child resulted in a large entry of beautifully worked garments in great variety winch will bo forwarded to the Willard Home, Palmerston North. .Mrs Morcom was awarded he first orize in the competition, Miss IJayhss SJnTSd -Mr, Will third.
