FIRE AT MARTON JUNCTION.

GOODS SHED BURNED. Per Press Association. MARTON, Dec. 8. Shortly before seven o’clock to-night, fire was discovered in the railway goods shed, Marton Junction. The flames had a strong hold. The staff removed books and papers, but it was impossible to save the contents of the shed, the value of which was not available to-night. When the outbreak occurred, it was discove r ed that there were three loaded trucks standing in the shed, and at great risk a driver a.nd fireman took an engine into the building, hooked up the trucks, and withdrew them from almost a raging inferno. Both driver and fireman received burns about their hands.
