OTTAWA AGREEMENT.

RATIFIED BY INDIA. CALCUTTA, Dec. 6. Amid cheers the Legislative Assembly ratified the Ottawa Agreement by 77 votes to 25, after adopting an amendment by Sir Hari Singh Gour, the Opposition Leader, setting a year limit on the agreement, with the right to terminate it on six months’ notice.
