OBJECTION TO NEW RULE
LONDON, Dec. 7. After three sessions under the baulkline regulations, in a game against Lindrum, at Birmingham, Falkiner refused to continue unless the match was played under the old rules. Lindrum agreed. Falkiner says the baulkline rules are not attractive to the public, who miss tlie big breaks. Tho scores in the match are: Falkiner (receives 3500), .6500; Lindrum, 2925.
