Per Press Association. MASTERTON, Dec. 7. Twenty breaches in detail of the license for the motor passenger service between Masterton and Carterton and failure to conduct the service in conformity with the terms and conditions of the license were alleged against A. J. J. Chapman in an inquiry conducted to-day by the No. 6 Transport Licensing Authority. Mr G. A. Troup presidedj The case was the first of its kind in this transport district. The charges- nil related, to the running of cars at hours not in conformity with the approved time-table. After hearing the evidence, the authority found that the service had not been conducted in conformity with the terms and conditions of the license and suspended the license for two months.
