Per Press Association. - WELLINGTON, Dec. 8. Decision was reserved by Air Justice McGregor in the Supreme Court at tho conclusion of the hearing of the case in which W. D. Lysnar claims £50,919 9s from the National Bank of New Zealand and the bank counterclaims £71,990 3s lOd.
