LAWNS.

(To the Editor.) Sir, —I wish to correct. the impression that may- have got abroad in relation to the Court case over riding on street lawns. It was an error to say that I had .been galloping over the lawns. Fancy anyone trying to gallop over tiny lawns —absurd \ The boulders were put so far out that I had to go inside them to escape the bitumen. I wish it to be understood that my summons was purely voluntary, others being implicated, and we are awaiting a test case. —I am, etc., D. MARTIN.
