Received December 8, 11.30 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 8. If the Government is not assured of a majority in the Upper House by Tuesday to carry the Moratorium Bui without vital amendments, the Governor will probably be asked to make additional appointments. Tho number mentioned is between 15 and 20.
A meeting of Cabinet decided to adjourn the sittings of the Council until Tuesday in order that Ministers in the meantime may have an opportunity to formulate their plans.
