MUEZZINS’ CALL.

Received December 5, 10.40 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 4. By the decision of the Government the word “Allah” has been changed from the Arabic to the Turkish “Tanri.” Thus the muezzin’s future call will be “Tanri” instead of the traditional “Allah Akbar.” A muezzin is a Mohammedan crier of the hour of prayer.
