PAHIATUA.
PAHIATUA, Nov. 25. A pretty wedding was celebrated on Wednesday afternoon at the local Methodist Church when Florence Ann (Blossom), only daughter of Mr and Mrs S. W. Matthews, of Pahiatua, was married to John, second son of the late Mr and Mrs Morrison, of Bluff. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W. B. Pickering and a full choir was in attendance. * At the annual meeting of tho Aohanga Rifle Club the following officers were elected : Patron, His Honour Judge W. E. Rawson; president. Mr C. F. Jacobs; de-puty-president, Mr O. T. Whitmore; vicepresidents, Messrs Frank Armstrong, P. V. Smith, H. S. King, H. Haddyn Smith, W. E. Davies, F. A. Meech, A. M. Theed, W. Kingston, Geo. Purdy, H. J. Berry, A. 0. Ferrick, S. F. Herbert, A. P. Campbell, L. Ballantyne, A. R. Mason and C. W. Gainey; hon. secrotary, Mr G. C. Herbert; hon. treasurer, Mr C. T. Whitmore.
