HURRICANE VICTIMS.
AID FROM BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 23. The British Government lias approved of a grant of £IOOO as a measure of relief torinhabitants of the Cayman Islands in the West Indies, in view of tho distress and damage caused by the recent hurricane.
