BOWLING

PLAY ON NORTHERN GREEN. In lieu of the visit from the Terrace End Club arranged ror last evening, three rinks from Takaro and two from Palmerston North visited the Northern Club to engage in friendly matches. Smith, Cooksley (skip) 19; G. Mills, Stableford, Rabone, Brvan (skip) 29 beat Palmerston North : Wilkinson, Law, Schwass, Wilson (skip) 10; Valentine, Thirtle, Laiconib, Stuart (skip) 12 lost to Palmerston North: Coleman, Mitchell, Schioler, Skoglund (skip) 21.
