GOLFER AT LAW.

WARNING TO CADDIES. The Supreme Court in New York has decided that a golfer is not responsible for injury to his caddy, but he is liable if he hits another player’s caddy. John Simpson, a caddy, lost an eye through being hit by a ball driven by a nearby player. The Court held that if the bov had been caddying for that player it-was his duty to watch the ball and if it hit him it would be due to his negligence.
