CORRESPONDENCE
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —During the week-end I unearthed in my back garden a coin which seems to bo fairly old. If any of your readers could give me any information as to the history or value, etc., of it, I would be very grateful. On one side is a head with the words “Georgius 111 Dei Gratia.” On the other sido is a shield with a crown on top and the words, “In memory of the good old days, 1788.” It seems to be made of copper.—l am, etc., OLD COIN.
