HELP FOR DANUBIAN COUNTRIES SUBMISSION OF PLAN. RESERVATIONS CONCERNING POOL. (United Press Association—By Electrio . Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received October 3, 8.45 a.m. GENEVA, Oct. 2. The European Commission of the League has received a report from M. Bonnet, president of the recent Stress Conference, outlining its projects for aiding the Danubian countries, especially as regards the disposal of the grain production. Captain Eden, on behalf of Britain, repeated the reservations concerning the proposed common pool from which, the subsidy is to be provided. The commission embodied this and other reservations in the minutes and passed a resolution, declaring that the report contained the essential elements of a policy to restore the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It is submitting all the documents to the Council of the League and the Preparatory Committee experts for the Wosld Economic Conference.
