FATAL INJURIES.

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND Sept. 29. The death occurred to-day. of Leslie Braithwaite, aged 26, who was found lying on Tuesday morning on a grass bank in Grafton Gully. He had received injuries to his ribs as the result of a fall. Mr Braithwaite was unable to move, and had spent a wet, cold night in the open. He was in a serious conditiop when admitted to hospital.
