Sergeant F. Culloty, of Gisborne, arrived at Palmerston North this afternoon in preparation to succeeding Sergeant M. E. Hill at the Palmerston North Police Station. Sergeant A. Culloty was previously in this city when he was attached to the detective branch prior to his transfer to the northern districts.
