The Hawke’s Bay and New Plymouth expresses were again delayed to-day consequent upon tho subsidence on tho railway line near Kopua. The Hawke’s Bay passengers left Palmerston North for Wellington about 2.30 o’clock. The express to New Plymouth got away about 2 o’clock.
