Received September 11. 10.40 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 10. Confirmation has been received in official quarters in London that the bandits who kidnapped Mr Charles Corkran and Mrs \v. Pawley have been located east of Kaokan on the way to the bandit centre at Newchwang. The British Minister at Tokio has been assured that everything possible is being done to obtain the release of the captives.
