BOXING

ENTRIES FOR MANAWATU CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Although entries <■ for the annual championships to be conducted by the Manawatu Boxing Association do not close till to-night, the following exponents have intimated their intention to participate. The entries include quite a good percentage of boxers trom other districts and some excellent boxing should be forthcoming at the Opera House on Tuesday night. Following are the entries in the various classes:
