CONFERENCE IN ROME.

.BRITISH REPRESENTATIVES

LONDON, Aug. 28,

A non-political international conference has been convened at Rome in November to discuss the European economic and financial crisis. It has received Signor Mussolini’s approval, hut no Italian Ministers have been invited.

The British representatives will probably include Mr Lloyd George, Mr Winston Oburchill, Sir Austen Chamberlain and Sir Eric Drummond, late Chief Secretary to the League of Nations.
