WANGANUI, Aug. 29. William Ernest Waldegrave, formerly in business as a solicitor at Raetihi. was fined £SO at the Court to-day for failing to have his trust accounts audited within three months of the year ending March 31. The prosecution was at the instigation of the Wanganui District Law Society.
