FORMER PREMIER’S WILL. MELBOURNE, Aug. 26. The late Sir William McPherson, a former Premier of Victoria, left an estate valued at £438,133. The late Sir AA’illiam McPherson built up and placed himself at tho head of the McPherson Proprietary, Ltd., Melbourne, a company of merchants with branches in Sydney and Adelaide. He was commissioner of tho Melbourne Harbour Trust for 12 years, and a president of tho Melbourne Chamber of Commerce.
