England’s part in reviving world confidence is praised by Mr I’. A. S. Franklin, an American shipping magnate, who stated that the general world situation was improving, and to England belonged tho credit for having bred tin's confidence. If tho other nations of the world followed England’s lead, there would bo a chance of restoration of the trade and commerce of tho world.
