Received August 24, 9.55 a.m. PARIS, Aug. 23. A Toulouse mossago says that Miss Dot Shirley, an English girl, aged 18, partnered by an American man won a ICB hours’ Marathon dance. For the last 12 hours she hung semi-conscious in tho arms of her partner. The torture brought tlie winners £BO.
