One method of making a living in these times is that of a. travelling shop. One North Carolina man has a portable refreshment stand, his “shop” consisting of a glass-enclosed frame mounted on the supports for a motorcycle side-car. In cool weather he sells popcorn, the stand carrying burner equipment. When the season changes he can convert his rolling store to a.n ico cream stand.
