The Minister of Labour and Industry, Mr J. Dunningham, has returned from Canberra after interviewing Mr J. A. Lyons, with regard to unemployment relief. Mr Dunningham stated to-day • that 30,000 could be employed on reproductive works almost immediately.' A sum of £600,000 would be available for relief works.
