EXTREME SOCIALIST. Major Franco, the famous airman, is now one' of the leaders of the extreme Socialists in the Spanish Parliament. He has declined Signor Mussolini’s invitation to attend a gathering of Atlantic fliers to be held at Rome, on the ground that Signor Mussolini represents a dictatorship, which is directly opposed to Franco’s political beliefs.
