LABOUR PARTY.
The annual meeting of the Palmerston North branch of the Labour Party was held last evening, thero being a large number of members present. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President, Mr V. A. Christensen; vice-president, Mr E.’ W. Ward; secretary, Mr W. M. Statham; delegates to the Labour Representation Committee, Messrs J. Hodgens, R. S. Watson and V. A Christensen.
