(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 21. Tlw President of the Board of Trade, Mr Walter Runciman, in an interview with representatives of the Miners’ Federation, urged the resumption of negotiations with the owners on the hours question, which is governed by an Act that expires on July 8. Later, Mr Runciman met the Mining Association, whch is the owners’ organisation.
