PRISON MUTINY.

SENTENCES TO BE REVIEWED. Received April 19, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, April 18. Sir Herbert Samuel, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said that lie proposed recommending a special remission of the sentences on certain convicts in respect to meritorious sendee during the recent disturbances at Dartmoor. It was not desirable to announce these until the conclusion of the criminal proceedings against the others.
