Such rate to be for a period of one year from the Ist day of April, 1932, to the 31st day of March, 1933, and shall become due and payable in one sum at the Board’s Office, Foxton, on the 2nd day of May, 1932, and that a discount of 5 per cent, will be allowed off all rates paid in full on or before the 2nd day of June, 1932.
