BOWLING.
WAIRARAPA VISIT. The president of the Manawatu Bowling Centre, Mr J. A. Nash, M.P., has received advice that the following arrangements have been made at Masterton in connection with the Manawatu players’ visit next Saturday:—9.3o a.m., play four rinks each on the Masterton Park and Carterton g»eens. At 2 p.m., play the centre match of eight rinks on the Carterton green; this has been considered advisable owing to the splendid condition of the Carterton green. CENTRE VISIT TO WAIRARAPA. The following will represent the Palmerston North Bowling Club: —Edwards, Rumble, Grant, JK A. Nash (skip); Crawford, Wimsett, Sparrow, Skoglund (skip); Croucher, Frew, W. W. Jones, Bavliss (skip). The following rinks will play at Masterton Park:—Christensen (Terrace End), J. A. Nash (Palmerston North), Tantrum (Takaro), Skoglund (Palmerston North). The following will bo engaged at Carterton: Bayliss (Palmerston North), Anderson (Terrace End), Woodville and Mattar (Foxton).
