NEW ZEALANDER SENTENCED
Received March 22, 1 p.m.' LONDON March 21. Sip Herbert Samuel, Secretary for Home Affairs, in answer to a. question suggesting a review of (lie sentence imposed on Geoffrey de Montalk, described as a New Zealand poet, said that he could not consider the case in view of the application already made for an appeal to the House of Lords.
De Montalk was 6ent to prison recently for an obscene libel in a document. .
