PEER’S TROUBLES.
Received February 24, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 22.
According to the Paris correspondent of the Daily Express, Lord Langford, f6r whose arrest a warrant was issued in London last week for nonpayment of his arrears of maintenance of his wife, is in Paris. He says that he first heard of the warrant in the newspapers. Ho travelled next day via The Hague, losing the chance of a position with a salary of £7 per week. He is now penniless.
