FUTURE OF BURMA.
QUESTION OF SEPARATION. (British Official Wireless.) . RUGBY, Feb. 23. Asked in the House of Commons whether the House would have an opportunity in the present session to discuss the -report of the Burman Round Table Conference and the Government’s declaration of a policy on the constitutional advance in Burma, Mr Stanley Baldwin said the Question was one of great importance both to Burma and the Empire as a whole,, and he agreed that it ought to come before Parliament; but it would be prefarable to defer the Commons debate until the people of Burma had ac-. corded their decision on the question of separation from India, because on that depended the policy of the Gov-, eminent. >
