England was ordered to pay Janies Bird (3lr Cooper) £23 17s, with £1 11s 6d costs, forthwith, in default 21 days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as defendant pays £1 per month. F. H. Holz was ordered to pay H. S. Harman (Mr Laurenson) £7 9s Bd, with 18s 6d costs, forthwith, in default 7 days' imprisonment-, the warrant to be suspended as long as defendant paid £1 a month. * J. Purcell was ordered to pay Ford 3lotors (Manawatu) Ltd. (31r Grant) £1 14s 3d forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment. D. Bell was ordered to pay the Todd 3lotor Co. £7 18s 4d, with 15s 6d costs, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as defendant pays £1 a month. H. H. Anderson ordered to pay L. F. Davies (Mr Petersen) £sl 16s 6d. with £2 2s costs, in default 28 days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as defendant pays £1 a month.
