\ VALUE OF ESTATE. GLASGOW PEOPLE BENEFIT. Received February 22, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 21. Sir Thomas Lipton left £556,000, on which the duties amount to £225,000. He left £IOO,OOO, less sums given during his lifetime (estimated at £20,000) for the benefit of working class mothers and children in Glasgow.
