MOTOR FATALITY.

WOMAN KILLED. Per Press Association. ASHBURTON. Feb. 20. A fatality occurred near Fairton last evening as the outcome of a collision between a motor-cycle and sidechair and a service bus. The victim was Mrs Brown, the wife of Mr Hugh Brown, of Matlock Street, Woolston, Christchurch. Mr Brown is in hospital, but his condition is satisfactory. The accident happened when Mr Brown drew out to pass • a car in front. Mrs Brown died in a few minutes.
