NON-AGGRESSION PACT.
SOVIET AND FINLAND. Received January 26, 8.30 a.m. MOSCOW, Jan. 25. The Soviet and Finland have signed a three-year pact of non-aggression, mutually guaranteeing the integrity of frontiers, promising neutrality in the event of war-, non-participation in hostile coalitions, and a peaceful settlement of all disputes.
