RANGIOTU LODGE, 1.0.0. F.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) RANGIOTU, Dec. 1.

Tho usual fortnightly mooting of tho Rangiotu Lodge No. 151, 1.0.U.F., was held on Wednesday evening last, when Bro. N. Griffon presided over a fair attendance, tho boisterous weather and a number of local functions being held during tho week no doubt accounting for tho small attendance. Correspondence from Grand Lodge accepting the Lodge’s change of meeting night to Mondays from Wednesdays was received; also an invitation from VVhanganui Robcka Lodgo to attend their birthday party. Tho meeting decided to hold a kitchen tea for Mr D. Alvo and Miss Shailer, when tho residents of Rangiotu and surrounding districts will no doubt attend. Tho question of having a Christmas tree for the children this year was held over until the next mooting.
