STRICT GUARD IN SYDNEY. COMMUNISTS WATCHED. Received October 27, 10.0 a.m. SYDNEY, Oct, 27. Tlie Telegraph says: “To avoid the possibility of Communists seizing military arms and ammunition, a strict watch is being kept over all the depots, and suspects will bo shot on sight. “Tho military authorities declare that daring attempts have been made on two occasions recently to steal arms.”
