PALMERSTON NORTH CLUB’S TOURNAMENT. The Palmerston North Lawn Tennis Club’s courts at Linton Street were well patronised yesterday when a Yankee tournament attracted a large number of entries. Play commenced early in the morning and continued until the evening. The A grade was won by. McDonald and Miss Haggitt and the B grade by G. Wilson and Miss B. McDonald (4) after playing off with Hewatson and Miss Fish (12).
