FOOTBALL DISPUTE.
SYDNEY Aug. 17. Four New South Wales soccer players—Muir, O’Connor, Russell and Harper—have been disqualified for life by the State League because they accepted an invitation to visit Java with a team selected by the Australian Association, with which tho Stato organisation ha 9 been warring for some time over the interpretation of tho rules.
